Copenhagen Consulting Partners (CCP) was engaged to manage multiple early-phase gas infrastructure and compressor projects. These fast-track initiatives were designed to establish a robust decision-making foundation through well-structured business cases, enabling timely investment approvals and efficient project progression. Among these projects, CCP was engaged to identify how Client most cost-effective could reduces gas emissions in the national transmission grid.
CCP supported the client with end-to-end project management, executed in close collaboration with the client’s financial and technical experts and in full alignment with the client’s CAPEX governance model. The engagement resulted in robust, decision-ready business cases that enabled timely approvals and investment readiness.
CCP was responsible for the technical feasibility assessments and supplier engagement to validate design solutions. The scope further included preparation of tender material with technical requirement specification and development of CAPEX and OPEX budgets as well as master time schedules. CCP also prepared decision packages and provided direct support to steering committee processes, enabling well-informed and timely decision-making.
