The Grøn Gas Lolland-Falster project was launched to secure a sustainable gas supply for Lolland and Falster, replacing coal and oil at major industrial facilities. The new 115 km gas pipeline connects Nørre Alslev on Falster to Nakskov on Lolland, with Evida responsible for constructing approximately 70 km of the line. From 2024, locally produced biogas will cover around 50 % of the region’s gas demand.

Our team provided specialized engineering and consultancy services in close collaboration with Evida. This included the design and execution procedures for 19 bar TIE-IN operations at MR Egesborg, development of commissioning and gas-filling procedures, and advisory on the start-up of MR stations and the main pipeline. We ensured compliance with relevant specifications and safety regulations, supported pressure testing activities, reviewed technical documentation, and advised on stress analysis and pigging operations.
