District Heating

The Ledningsomlægning Hillerødledning project involved relocating two district heating pipeline sections (Ø355) due to the expansion of the Hillerød Motorway. To accommodate the new road infrastructure, two new pipeline routes were designed and installed, one of which required crossing the highway using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), minimizing disruption to existing infrastructure and traffic.

CCP provided full project management services throughout the project, ensuring Fast-Track Execution aligned with a Governance Model. This included time schedule and financial oversight, preparation of tender materials, and development of decision packages to support the Steering Committee. The team also handled comprehensive stakeholder management to coordinate across all involved parties.
