Energinet’s Hydrogen Infrastructure Maturation Project prepares Denmark for future hydrogen transport and storage. The initiative focuses on establishing a robust foundation for a national hydrogen network, including development of a socio-economic business case, conceptual design of pipeline infrastructure, and facilitation of key stakeholder agreements. The project is closely coordinated with Gasunie on cross-border hydrogen transport and with Evida and Gas Storage Denmark on network integration and storage solutions.
CCP acted as Deputy Project Manager, supporting the client’s project management team with execution strategy development and technical advisory services. CCP’s responsibilities covered early-phase project management, EPCM contractor market analysis to assess market maturity and capabilities, and preparation of technical tender material for engineering studies.
