The project entails the development of an advanced pipeline network designed to distribute heating and cooling across company site. It includes the establishment of a central with production facilities with integrated thermal storage tanks and the upgrade of existing ground-based cooling and heat storage systems to maximize waste heat recovery.​

The scope further comprises the deployment a new high-voltage electrical infrastructure and the implementation of electric boilers for steam production. ​
The overall initiative aims to phase out fossil fuels, electrify the energy system, and significantly enhance the efficiency of existing heating and cooling assets.

Our services covered project management and client consultancy for the complete design and construction of electrical, thermal and steam infrastructure, including production facilities, emergency power supply, as well as associated structural works and buildings.

Our work has included supplier development to meet Client requirements, auditing, validation of project governance, and the development of project quality manuals and governance frameworks. ​
