CCP was engaged to support the Client in managing their large-capex energy infrastructure portfolio. The work included ensuring that project schedules were representative and realistic for the planned design and construction activities. It also comprised preparing consolidated schedule overviews for steering groups and top management to provide a clear and accurate picture of project status, as well as establishing cross-project schedule consistency through structured reviews and interviews with project managers.​​​
